The Mitchell Institute awards a scholarship to a graduating senior from every public high school in Maine. Each scholarship award is in the amount of up to $6,000 (i.e., $1,500 for each year of college).

Each year, the Legacy Park Foundation gives out five scholarships of $1,000 each to help promising students achieve their educational goals. Since 2007, the foundation has distributed over $20,000 to its scholarship winners.

Honoring the legacy and character of our nation’s 40th President, the GE-Reagan Foundation Scholarship Program rewards college-bound students who demonstrate exemplary leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship with financial assistance to pursue higher education.
Each year, the Program selects numerous recipients to receive a $10,000 scholarship renewable for up to an additional three years – up to $40,000 total per recipient.
